Today, I had to make a change to my auto policy. I had to add a car and a remove a car from my policy. Anna Adams was extremely helpful in making that change for me. She was able to update my policy quickly and before I even finished talking to her on the phone, she had e-mailed to me my new temporary insurance card and binder for my newly added automobile. Thank you, Anna, so much for your help today.

I am a 76year old widow.My current insurance company raised my homeowners policy 33%. Although this agent couldn't help me today, he promised he would do periodic checks over the next year to see if he could get a lower cost. His kindness, truthfulness, and understanding is hard to find today. God bless him!
